📁 Getting Started ✲

The Internal Operations documentation serves as the front-end for the internal-operations GitHub repository. It is an operational hub, housing the essential business logic and procedural workflows. It acts as the definitive source for "how we work," translating complex internal processes into structured, actionable documentation.

This repository is dedicated to organizing and formatting the Markdown files that define API3’s day-to-day operational workflows. To remain a reliable "single source of truth" the site depends on continuous contributions from all staff members to ensure content stays accurate and current.

Pre-Docusaurus repository tag

In May 2026, the tasks repository was renamed to internal-operations as part of a strategic migration. During this transition, several markdown files were removed because they no longer aligned with the repository's updated scope. Users who require these legacy documents can still access them by referencing the Pre-Docusaurus repository tag.

Documents

PRENAAM

Not sure what you might want here, if at all, but the Documents folder might describe documents in general. * In fact it might be better to eliminate the Documents folder all together and have a single file under the Contributing folder if there is not much to say.

The Documents folder contents talks to how the documents are organized and what purpose each group of documents might serve.

Contributing

The Contributing folder provides the fundamental guidelines for updating content within the /docs directory. By adhering to these standards, we maintain a unified structure and a "single voice" across all documentation, ensuring that our technical writing remains professional and cohesive regardless of which team member authors the content.
